   Anthony has spent the 35+ years of his career working as a Geotechnical and Construction Materials Consulting Engineer with a proven track record on a wide variety of projects that include residential, educational, institutional, industrial, and transportation/infrastructure.

   Project experience ranges from projects designed and constructed using conventional and traditional techniques to highly technical and non-traditional methods including the use of mechanical and chemical soil modification and stabilization, a variety of site dewatering techniques, and a wide range of deep foundation approaches. Anthony has well versed background in pavement design and construction spanning from traditional to a varying methods of pavement recycling.  

   Anthony’s skillset covers all phases of related engineering services from initial project scope development, budgeting and scheduling, planning and managing, client development and management, and training and mentoring staff. He has spent his career dedicated to staying ahead of schedule and under budget mindful of risk assessment to help clients achieve their goals particularly with difficult weather and site conditions.
