Owner's representation
As an owners representative, CCSM recommends specific professionals relative to the proposed construction. Because of CCSM's field experiences and practical application, we evaluate site conditions, Geotechnical reports, Plans and specifications. We can provide value engineering for site specific civil and architectural documents.
Our abilities allow us to provide milestone schedules including critical path, scope of work, and bid documents that are project specific. While on site, CCSM provides experienced supervision to implement and maintain proposed schedules, evaluate changes in the work, contractors claims for additional compensation, pay requests and safety requirements.
