  CCSM was tasked with the completion of a bond defaulted golf course clubhouse expansion for Westfield Insurance Company. CCSM was involved with the design and implementation of the project, regularly interfacing with the architect and city officials. CCSM managed subcontractors to construct this event patio space that was very detailed, from plans to completion. The club desired a specific automated, retractable awning for this large area and CCSM delivered, creating a steel support system that made the mechanics possible. Interior kitchen and bathroom renovations were also part of the scope. CCSM positioned the client to avoid litigation and liquidated damages on the project.
