  CCSM stepped into this project to complete a bond default for Westfield Insurance Company by providing consulting, in-house labor, and coordinated subcontractors. The project entailed pouring the concrete walls and flatwork using subcontractors and CCSM’s existing workforce, as well as scheduling and overseeing completion of the guardrail, fencing, site lighting, and installation of the salt dome fabric. CCSM interfaced with ODOT on a daily basis, providing schedules, site inspections, certified payrolls, draw request, and final closeout.
