NORMan Elbin
Norm has over 30 years of real estate development and construction project management experience. Having worked for some of the most prominent real estate developers in the area, he has been involved in the development and construction of retail, office, restaurant, multi-family, and residential subdivision projects.
His experience includes the management of site development, utility infrastructure, public roadways, out parcels, new building construction, interior renovations, exterior remodels, and building expansions.
Norm can effectively take a project through the entire development & construction process from due diligence, entitlements and permitting; to managing consultants, designers and contractors toward final completion and occupancy.
