C.J. Natale Inc. is a heavy highway contractor specialized in shopping centers, wastewater and water treatment plants. This experience paved the way to the birth of Complete Construction Site Management. The excavation of a twin 72 inch box culvert was a key component to expansion of swirl concentrators and the expansion of a waste water treatment plant in East Liverpool, Ohio.
