CCSM completed this project as a bond default takeover for Westfield Insurance Company. It was part of two defaults for the City of Athens, Ohio. Simultaneously, CCSM completed the Belpre Trail as well. 

CCSM provided daily supervision, scheduling, and interfacing with ODOT and the City of Athens to bring both projects to completion. Including providing final pay application, project closeout, settling liquidated damages and final settlement and payments.
