BJ's Wholesale Club and Fuel Stations

CCSM managed four projects for BJ’s Wholesale Club, two of which were located in Pensacola, Florida. CCSM demolished the existing Sears store and redeveloped the site for construction of a BJ’s Wholesale Club. 

Along with the demolition, the project included earthwork and utilities, including the rerouting of an active storm and sanitary trunk main. CCSM also contracted the paving, site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation. CCSM followed the site development with the construction of the BJ’s Gas station, completing all aspects of the project, including the fuel tanks and delivery systems. Success with this project lead to a third complete BJ’s gas station project in Willoughby, Ohio (as seen in the Home page time lapsed video.)

The most recent project was the construction of a BJ’s propane station in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, including concrete, electrical, brick barrier walls, and the propane delivery system. CCSM obtained all permits and final certificate of occupancy by the governing authority, meeting stringent safety standards.
