CCSM completed this project as a Bond Default takeover for Westfield Insurance. This project was part of two defaults for the city of Athens, Ohio. CCSM, utilizing the defaulted contractors crew, completed the earthwork grading, paving, site fencing and landscaping. CCSM also completed the East State Street interchange simultaneously.  CCSM provided daily supervision, scheduling, and interfacing with ODOT and the City of Athens to bring both projects to completion. Including providing final pay application, project closeout, settling liquidated damages and final settlement and payments.
